ACCarchive eDMS comes in different versions catering for all sizes of business from a single user to an unlimited amount of users. Being integrated into Sage X3 we are able to leverage the data and knowledge that exists in Sage 300.

Documents can be verified against Sage 300. Using this data, users have the ability to search by any data field that exists in the ERP system relating to a transaction or master account.

The final advantage comes with the ability to run missing document reports by comparing documents not captured in eDMS but generated in Sage 300, allowing customers to manage the RISKS that missing documents can cause, such as bad debts, correct payments to suppliers, missing contracts, etc.
